Shipping policy

Processing time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping to the United States We ship to all 50 US states. Delivery times vary by product — US-warehoused items arrive in 3–8 business days, all others in 9–20 business days from the date of shipment. This timeframe reflects our fulfillment and carrier transit times.

International shipping We currently ship primarily to the United States. If you're located outside the US and want to place an order, contact us at boundpets@gmail.com before purchasing and we'll let you know if we can fulfill to your location.

Tracking your order Every order comes with tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take 2–3 business days to appear after the initial notification as the package moves through the carrier network — this is normal.

Lost or delayed packages If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us at boundpets@gmail.com and we'll investigate and resolve it.
