Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at boundpets@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or defective items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at boundpets@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll make it right — either with a replacement or a full refund, depending on what works best for you.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the right item is to return what you have and place a new order once the return is confirmed. Contact us and we'll walk you through it.
Refunds Once we've reviewed your return request, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, email us at boundpets@gmail.com.
Non-returnable items We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union customers If your order is shipping to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason. Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging and proof of purchase.
